Kit Denison at Denison Yacht Sales sends word that he has listed the 32.6m motor yacht Villa Bella III for sale.
Built by US yard Denison and delivered in 1991, she benefits from a recent $1 million refit which saw her interior replaced and upgrades to the mechanical and electrical systems. A major attraction is her full width aft deck with a large L-shaped settee comfortably seating 10 guests for al fresco dining or cocktails. A spacious main saloon has a seven foot headroom, several seating areas to entertain over 30 guests and a long angled bar to port. The full galley has all the necessary and latest appliances built in along the aft bulkhead. A ceramic four-burner, counter-top range and oven are built into a large granite topped centre island, which provides an efficient work area.
Accommodation is for up to eight guests in four staterooms. A full beam master suite has a king size bed and settee while the starboard guest cabin has a queen size bed and there is a twin cabin to port, all with en suite bathroom facilities. In addition, a smaller cabin can be used for two more guests or serve as a 'nanny cabin'.
Twin 1,960hp Deutz engines give Villa Bella III a cruising speed of 16 knots and she is asking $995,000.
