Dynasty

It's been a good few weeks for Joe Killian at Killian Yacht & Ship Brokers, as he tells me that he has just closed the sale of the 27.9m motor yacht No Boundaries and another of his central agencies, the 24.4m motor yacht Dynasty, was sold in September.

No Boundaries is a sport fisherman built by Bracewell Marine in 2006. She was designed to travel the oceans giving her owners and guests the opportunity to fish and dive. With a new bait and tackle centre and only 500 hours on her Caterpillar engines, this superyacht sleeps 10 guests in two master and two guest staterooms. She was asking $3.49 million.

Dynasty was built by Nova Marine in 1999. She can accommodate 8 guests in 4 staterooms and has been well maintained, including a major refit in 2007. Dynasty had recently had a $450,000 price reduction to facilitate a quick sale, and her final asking price was $999,000. Her new owner has changed her name to Dream Chaser.
