A conversation with David Seal at Top Yachts confirms that he acted for both buyer and seller in this week's sale of the 26.4m Lady Y. This makes the second sale by Top Yachts in a week, Perpetual also having been sold recently. It also marks the 15th yacht over 24m reported sold in July and we're only halfway through the month!
But back to Lady Y. Built by Ferretti in 2004, she sleeps eight guests in a master, double and two twins and cruises at an impressive 27 knots. Lady Y was on the market at €3.25 million.
