Two superyacht berths for sale in Imperia with Torrance and SuperYachtsMonaco

Fergus Torrance at Torrance & Co tells me that he and Jim Evans of SuperYachtsMonaco have been appointed joint central agents for the sale of two adjacent 50m berths in the popular new Porto Imperia, located close to the French Riviera.

The berths have a lease until December 2062 and are priced at €2.55m each to encourage a quick sale.
