Mike Newton-Woof at Ventura tells me he's jointly listed the 35m motor yacht Al Madhoub for sale with Gulf Yachts in Qatar.
Al Madhoub is a new-to-the-market 2003 Benetti 115 Classic, which with the right offer, is ready for immediate delivery to her new owner. Having recently completed a full mechanical overhaul, she is ready to sail.
The Benetti 115 Classic was the first semi-custom range developed by the Italian shipyard and has remained one of the company’s most popular designs since its debut in 1998. In total 27 Benetti Classic 115s were built until the model change in 2006.
The series features luxury yachts with classic but modern lines that create an elegant profile and a vessel with generous amounts of deck space devoted to owner and guests. Rich wood walls line Al Madhoub's interior, complemented by wood and marble floors. She offers comfort and style for eight to 10 guests. The main deck features a large saloon and dining room, separated by a bar for entertaining.
Al Madhoub is asking €4,950,000.
