Vitters sailing yacht Cinderella IV sold

The 39 metre fast sailing yacht Cinderella IV, jointly listed for sale with Y.CO and Fraser, has been sold with Will Bishop at Yachting Partners International introducing the buyer.

Built by Dutch superyacht yard Vitters in composite to a design by Bill Tripp, she was delivered in 2009 as a lightweight, high performance cruising sloop ideal for charter but also capable of a good turn of speed. Sailing performance is at the heart of the design and all efforts have been made to ensure dynamic performance through a modern sail plan, a lifting keel, a light interior and a rational approach to weight control in systems design.

Cinderella IV was asking €8,995,000

A light, contemporary interior by Donald Starkey makes clever use of fine woods like cherry, mahogany and anigre teamed with neutral upholstery. MCA compliant, her accommodation is for eight guests in four equal sized staterooms comprising a master suite, two doubles and a twin cabin, all with en-suite bathroom facilities. The crew quarters occupy the aft section of the yacht, with a large galley, spacious crew mess and three cabins.

Cinderella IV has two cockpits — the aft cockpit leads down to the crew quarters, while the forward cockpit is for guests. The guest cockpit can be enclosed on three sides in poor weather. Under power, a single MAN 444hp diesel engine gives her a cruising speed of 10.5 knots.

Cinderella IV was asking €8,995,000 with VAT paid.
