Alex Clarke at Denison Yacht Sales tells me that his colleague David Johnson has just signed a 2009-build 26.5m Warren S87 motor yacht for sale.
Says David: “This four stateroom Warren S87 is as good as new since it has never been sold to a private party. The MTU 10V2000 M93 engines only have 245 dealer demo hours on them and the manufacturer’s warranty has yet to be activated”. The boat is currently located in Sardinia, Italy ready for delivery to its new owner, asking €3.52 million.
