The final day of the Monaco Yacht Show saw Russell Crump at Yachting Partners International announce that he's closed on the sale of the 73m motor yacht Red Square.

Launched by the Turkish yard Dunya Yacht in February 2013, Red Square features a beach house-style interior by the late designer Alberto Pinto that contrasts natural woods and luxurious flourishes, and exterior design by Sterling Scott Yacht Design. An unusual feature is the double-height main saloon, while on the main deck the infinity swimming pool is the outstanding exterior feature. The sun deck has lounging and intimate seating areas forward, while aft is more alfresco dining, a large spa pool surrounded by sun pads and a bar. The yacht also boasts a cinema, gym, spa and heli-pad.

Philippe Hetland Brault, CEO of YPI comments: 'We are very proud to have been able to work with Dunya and Red Square. She matches and, in many cases, surpasses the highest quality and finish of any yacht in the world today. She is almost certainly the highest quality yacht of her size ever to come out of Turkey and a credit to the yard and the skilled onsite team from all over the world. Dunya has proved in Red Square that it is a yard to be reckoned with - we wish them every success with their new projects and look forward to selling some more.'

Red Square was asking €63.5 million.
