The Hainan Rendez-Vous is held on the 'Chinese Riviera'
Haute cuisine aboard superyachts, flights on private jets, exclusive luxury property launches and private previews of the latest couture collections – stir up the action with a star-studded guest list and you have four days of absolute indulgence at Hainan Rendez-Vous on the ‘Chinese Riviera’.
Celebrities, jet-setters and superyacht owners alike descend on the sparkling waters of Hainan Island for a unique extravaganza that celebrates luxury living. First held in 2010, Hainan Rendez-Vous is China’s largest in-water yacht show, business jet show and luxury property and lifestyle showcase rolled into one.
The Yacht and Marine Show is based at the picturesque Visun Marina in Sanya, where more than 50 prestige vessels are displayed on the water, including superyachts, multihulls and monohulls. The adjacent Marine Village Precinct, meanwhile, displays all the latest accessories, from outboards and fenders to Jet Skis and trailerable boats.
The 2012 event
Superyachts expected at the 2012 event include Helix, Feadship’s 44.65m motor yacht, Northern Sun, a 50m conversion of a marine research vessel and Lohengrin, the 49m Trinity.
Complementing the yachts on show will be a Jet Conference on 7 April, a jazz concert on 6 April and an Art Conference.
The next rendezvous meets 5-8 April 2012.
