As a principal sponsor of the Monaco Yacht Show, fine watchmaker Ulysse Nardin has unveiled a special edition of its Dual Time timepiece to honour the event’s 2015 instalment.
Well known for its nautical timepieces, including iconic designs such as the Marine Diver and Black Sea collection, Ulysse Nardin is now celebrating its seventh year as a key sponsor of the Monaco Yacht Show and its luxury presence will be integral throughout the event.
The new MYS Dual Time watch will be available as a limited run of 100 individually numbered pieces and has been crafted in stainless steel with a deep blue colour scheme. The timepiece also contains a number of features ideal for the veteran boat show visitor, including a second time zone function and a simplified method for setting the date and time which involves turning – rather than pulling and pushing – the crown.
The MYS dual time also offers a 48-hour power reserve, a self-winding movement and water resistance up to 30 metres. To mark its significance the watch also boasts the logo of the Principality of Monaco etched to its sapphire crystal caseback and the words "Monaco Yacht Show" engraved on the dial.
