Saturday, April 24th saw the launch of the new 65m superyacht Family Day at Italy's Codecasa yard, with delivery to her owner scheduled for June 2010.
Built to Lloyds class and MCA compliant, her Della Role interior features satin rosewoods and light coloured leather upholstery. Sleeping 12 guests in an owner's suite and six guest staterooms, Family Day's twin Caterpillar engines will give this yacht a range of 5,000 nautical miles at 12 knots.
Her slipway will now be occupied by a 50m superyacht due for completion in Summer 2011 and the nearby twin yard is nearing the launch of another 65m motor yacht which should hit the water on June 5th 2010.
