August 27th saw Oceanco pass another significant milestone with the launch of hull number Y706, an 86m motor yacht.
Featuring exterior and interior design by the renowned team of Nuvolari & Lenard, Y706 includes a familiar trademark Oceanco attraction - an infinity pool on the aft deck that can be transformed into a helipad or entertaining area.
The interior features spacious accommodation for 12 guests, including a private owner's deck with pool plus six VIP guest suites. Twin 4,680hp MTU engines give this superyacht a cruising speed of approximately 20 knots, while the contemporary interior will be in walnut, teak and rosewood interspersed with natural materials, fabrics and colours.
Rumoured to be named Seven Seas, Y706 is scheduled to be delivered by the end of 2010 and, MCA compliant, will be available for charter in the Caribbean from January 2011.
