Admiral Tecnomar USA offering in build Impero 37 for sale

Admiral Tecnomar USA has reported that it is offering for sale for a limited time only its in build Impero 37 superyacht, on schedule for a summer 2014 delivery.

An order was signed on the 37m Impero raised pilothouse motor yacht in October 2013, but Admiral Tecnomar USA tells Boat International that the owner is now interested in building an even larger project with the Italian yard.

The owner of the Impero 37 intends to try to sell the in build project for a limited time; if so they plan to embark on a larger yacht with Admiral Tecnomar, of which few details are known at this time. 'She is the only yacht in our fleet available for summer says Eitan Ergas of Admiral Tecnomar USA in regards to the Impero 37.

Designed by Luca Dini, the Impero 37 RPH superyacht is RINA-classed and built in aluminium. Interior design is customised by Admiral Tecnomar's in-house design team, Centro Stile. The current owner's brief for the interior of the Impero 37 was for, 'timeless elegance fit for a family living style,' says Ergas. 'With so much attention invested to bring in natural light and views of the surroundings, it was equally important to work with fabrics, woods and metals that embodied earthy tones.'

Interior changes are still able to be made at this stage of construction if a new owner is to buy the in-build yacht. The Impero 37 will accommodate 10 guests in a full beam main master suite and two double and two twin cabins on the lower deck.

Twin Caterpillar enginesACERT C32 engines at 1,925hp power the Impero 37 to a top speed of 19.5 knots and a cruising speed of 17.5 knots.
