Berthon has launched a new service called Superyacht Tender Support, focussing on the refit, repair, maintenance and servicing of superyacht tenders and toys like jet-skis.
With a dedicated tender support area on site, alongside paint and finishing facilities, and the ability to transport a tender from anywhere in the world, Berthon is offering end-to-end support for tenders.
“We’re in a great position to be able to carry out this work," explained Berthon Director Dominic May. "We have a huge depth of experience managing both complex projects and logistics, and we can ensure that tenders benefit from our high-quality workmanship when they’re with us. We undertake and complete all work in-house. Our highly skilled workforce has a diverse range of marine trade skills including engineering, welding, electrical and electronics, GRP and epoxy composite repairs, and spray painting. We’re able to work continuously and, as a result, we’re able to realise quick project turnaround times.”
Recently, Berthon restored a Riva Tritone, returning her to service. But it's their work on the Pascoe 6 metre tender that the yard is promoting, with a case study revealing the project involved stripping out, refitting and refurbishing the tender to superyacht Rahal.
