FIPA delivers latest AB 116 superyacht Ecrider

A couple of months after the launch of Seafire, a 42m coming the flagship AB 140 motor yacht series, FIPA announces the delivery of the latest in its AB 116 motor yacht series.

Christened Ecrider, this new AB 116 is hull No. 4 in this 36.2m motor yacht series designed by Marco Arnaboldi. Like her sisters, she has a very sporty styling reinforced by her paint scheme in two different tones of grey.

The AB Yachts in-house designed interior is contemporary and bright. Like Diamond, the third hull of the series delivered last year, a second lounge is located on the lower deck. This comfortable area enjoys the light coming from the wheelhouse window above it.

Guest accommodations are located aft of the second lounge, comprising two twins, a VIP and a full-beam master cabin. Note that all furnitures in bathrooms are in carbon fibre, creating the contrast with the white general ambience.

Crew quarters and the galley are forward, accommodating up to six members in three cabins. Like her previous sisters, an independent access is possible for the crew.

Built in lightweight composite materials, and powered by triple 2,600hp MTU engines coupled to waterjets, Ecrider can reach a top speed of 50 knots and a cruising speed of 44 knots.

Ecrider made her official debut at the Festival de la Plaisance of Cannes, and will be shipped to Hong Kong following the boat show season.

AB Yachts also announced the current construction of a new flagship, the AB 145. We will give more details as soon as possible. The latest AB 116 superyacht has been launched, see details and photos.
