Mondo Marine has reported a new order with the sale of its new M60 semi-displacement all-aluminium 60m superyacht.

The M60 is the first of a new Mondo Marine range of yachts to include 41-, 50- and 64-metre versions. Each will share a similar sleek, sporty styling and a priority on high performance. The M60 is designed to top out at speeds of more than 21 knots, powered by twin MTU 16V 4000 M73L engines, while her predicted range is 4,100 nautical miles at a cruising speed of 18 knots,

Naval architecture is in-house, courtesy of Mondo Marine Engineering, while Luca Dini is responsible for her exterior and interior design. The M60 offers five guest staterooms on the lower deck and a main-deck owner's cabin. Mondo Marine notes that the full-beam upper deck skylounge is unusually large for a yacht of this size as there no guest cabins on this deck. Crew quarters are designed to meet the latest regulations. Her delivery date is scheduled for 2015.
