Moran sees Northern Star launched

After several years of commuting across the Atlantic to Germany's Lurssen yard, the project management team at Moran Yacht & Ship in Fort Lauderdale were able to celebrate the launch of the 75.4m Northern Star last week.

Chris Callahan of Moran writes in to say that she was built to an Espen Oeino design with an interior by Britain's Pauline Nunns and among her many special features she has an ice-classed hull and a range of 7,000-plus miles. Accommodating 12 guests in six staterooms, she has as many as 26 crew, ensuring that charter guests don't even have to peel their own grapes.
