Toby Maclaurin at Ocean Independence have been in touch to tell us he has sold New Life, a 30.6m Falcon superyacht.

Built by Falcon Yachts in 2001, her sleeping quarters are on the lower deck, comprising two doubles and two twins, all with en-suite bathrooms. Each twin has a Pullman berth, offering accommodation for 10 guests if required and there are three cabins for five crew. New Life is RINA classed and MCA compliant and was asking €1.645 million.

Toby Maclaurin acted for the seller, David Westwood of Yacht Help Malta brought the buyer, and Michael White at OCI acted as a go-between.
