It's not often that we get news from Brazil, but we have the first pictures of the latest Inace motor yacht launched there in late August, hull number 582. Christened Blue Dream, this pocket expedition yacht is destined to be a world cruising platform for her South American owner's pastimes of sport fishing and diving.

The 24.03 metre motor yacht is based on the Watson 79 designed by TC Watson & Sons, and is the first Watson to be built in a foreign country. With a strong steel hull and a phenomenal range of 10,000 nautical miles at 8.5 knots from economical 300hp Cummins engines Blue Dream is fully equipped for long-distance cruising. Her practical foredeck will host tenders, the largest being a 6 metre Grady White, which is perfect for fishing campaigns.

Her interior accommodates six guests and four crew. The full-beam master suite is aft and includes a private lounge and office, while the two double guest cabins and crew quarters are forward.

Blue Dream will embark on her first cruise this month. Her future plans will involve cruising on both sides of the Atlantic.
