Citadel Yachts launches superyacht Polar Bear

Citadel Yachts announces the launch of their latest expedition yacht named Polar Bear.

Created for an experienced yachtman, this 31.10m motor yacht built in steel and aluminium offers all the options for long range: bulbous bow, stabilizers, bow and stern thrusters and fully protected propellers and rudders.

The interior layout accommodates 10 guests in full comfort. The full-beam master suite is on the main deck. Two VIP staterooms, a double and a twin cabin are on the lower deck. The crew quarter for four members is independent with an exterior access.

On the technical side, she’s powered by twin 685hp Caterpillar C-18B engines giving a top speed of 12.5 knots, and cruising speed of 10 knots and a range in excess of 5,000 nautical miles.

Scheduled for a Summer delivery, Polar Bear will spend her first season in Alaska.
