With areas of the Mediterranean now reopening for travel, charterers can start thinking about spending summer 2020 on board a superyacht again. Those hoping to savour the second half of the Med season should turn their sights on Axioma, whose crew will be welcoming guests from June 15.
Delivered in 2013, Axioma emerges fresh from a winter refit with a distinct new look and updated amenities. The most striking aspect of her transformation is a freshly repainted hull in a bold shade of turquoise blue, which makes her instantly identifiable to new charter guests.
A new exterior is not the only update that Axioma has received since the autumn, however. Axioma also boasts a new selection of tenders and toys for all age ranges to enjoy, including a hobie mirage pedal kayak, an Aquaglide inflatable jungle gym and a 6.5-metre superyacht slide. A brand new a Fjord 44 Coupé limo tender is also available to swiftly transport guests from ship to shore at a top speed of 40 knots.
Thanks to her generous size, Axioma has more than enough space on board for 12 guests. Her beach house style interiors, designed by Alberto Pinto, make for the perfect environment to while away the time at sea - but there’s also plenty of on-board facilities to keep guests entertained. From an infinity pool to a fully-equipped gym and cinema room, there’s something for everyone on board Axioma.
Charter guests can also rest assured that this season they’ll be receiving the best service possible from Axioma’s highly-qualified crew. To serve your every need, Axioma is joined by a new captain, Charlie Rowlands, and new stewardesses Leanne Cilia, Milly Bishop and Mojca Mesojedec. Most importantly, the crew will make every effort to ensure that Axioma is a safe and sanitary environment for chartering. Additional disinfection measures and COVID-19 tests will be in place on board for new guests.
For those hoping to explore less-populated regions of the Med, a charter on board Axioma is the perfect option this summer. Axioma will be steering clear of regions badly hit by the virus and will be visiting undiscovered beauty spots along the Adriatic Coast instead.
Expect an itinerary that features tours through Croatia’s secret hideaways like the Lastovo Archipelago and Brijuni Islands, as well stop-offs at the picturesque cities of Dalmatia and Split. For those planning winter charters, Axioma will be returning to the Caribbean and Bahamas later this year.
Axioma is available for charter with YPI, with a weekly charter rate starting from €595,000.
