4 Four Reasons to Visit The Miami Yacht Show This February

Four Reasons to Visit The Miami Yacht Show This February

Back for its 32nd year, the Miami Yacht Show returns this February with more to offer than ever before. Descending once again on Downtown Miami over five jam-packed days, the Miami Yacht Show will showcase the best new models alongside pre-owned vessels in a unique in-water display. Here’s why you can’t miss it.

1. It’s the best place to see the newest models

With a display of over 400 uniquely designed yachts and superyachts – nearly 60 of which will be over 100 feet - the Miami Yacht Show is the perfect superyacht spotting location. This year will see the debut of the hotly anticipated BOLD, a 278-foot-long superyacht by SilverYachts, alongside other notable vessels including the Wallytender 48.

This year’s show is bigger and better

The already 60-acre display is expanding! This year will see a massive 67,000-square-foot, climate-controlled on-land pavilion space accommodating over 200 yachting and luxury lifestyle exhibitors as well as two in-water floating cocktail lounges. Like a feast for the eyes, you'll be surrounded by more yachts than you can shake a stick at.

It’s a great social occasion for yachting enthusiasts

If being surrounded by superyachts, gigayachts and mega yachts isn’t a big enough sell already, there’s the social side to consider. The Miami Yacht Show Lounge inside the main Pavilion boasts premium, flowing hand-crafted cocktails and locally-sourced dining options.

The lounge will be hosting happy hour events, entertainment and a concierge service. When exploring the rest of the show, enjoy the in-water pop-up bars with their specialty cocktails, exclusive wines and full lines of craft beers, not to mention the scores of culinary pop-ups to feast upon.

There’s more than just yachts

Every yacht needs the right gadgets and toys, right? The Miami Yacht Show also plays host to the unveiling of this year’s newest and most exciting yacht toys. Play with the newest gadgets, exotic and collectible automotive or venture across to Superyacht Miami, the Miami Yacht Show’s location for the most extravagant and largest yachts in the show. Thanks to the quick connections of the tenders and water taxis connecting Miami Yacht Show and Superyacht Miami to the Miami International Boat Show on Virginia Key, this makes the two shows the biggest boating event in the world.

The Miami Yacht Show is a haven for all superyacht enthusiasts and a key calendar event for those wanting to stick ahead of the curve. Make a week of it and explore the rest Miami has to offer during these warmer months.

Prime time tickets for opening day are $45 for the Miami Yacht Show and $125 for Superyacht Miami, all other days Superyacht Miami is $100. General admission is only $30 per person and is valid for any show day Friday - Monday, and better yet, children go free!
