Yachting services provider BWA Yachting has finalised the acquisition of fiscal agency SOS Yachting and has appointed Frédéric Dormeuil the firm's new CEO.
Now in its tenth year, SOS Yachting is a multinational service company that offers fiscal agency and fiscal representation services to yachting businesses with charter operations in the European Union.
