From Monaco to Capri, BOAT's yacht spotters keep a keen eye out for the standout superyachts dropping anchor in the Mediterranean, including La Datcha, Luna and Solaris

Solaris in Juan-le-Pins

The 139.7 metre Lloyd Werft superyacht Solaris has been spotted at the end of the Mediterranean summer season anchored in the bay between Juan-le-Pins and Cannes. Delivered in 2021, Solaris was designed by Marc Newson and features a large helipad, sun deck and spacious beach club aft. Solaris also features a total of eight decks.

Elements in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin

The 80 metre superyacht Elements has been spotted enjoying the last of the summer season in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, France. Delivered in 2019 by Yachtley, Elements features exterior design by Alpha Marine and features on board accommodation for a total of 24 guests in 12 cabins. Fully equipped for charter, the yacht boasts a professional galley, pantries on all decks and a crew of up to 30. 

My Legacy in Viareggio

The 56 metre Codecasa superyacht My Legacy has been spotted arriving back into its home yard in Viareggio following its maiden season cruising the Mediterranean. The yacht, which was delivered in July 2021, is set to undergo "fine-tuning" at the yard. My Legacy features a large swimming pool on the sun deck surrounded by a spacious sunbathing area while power comes from a pair of Caterpillar 3512E engines for a maximum speed of 17 knots and a range of 5,000 miles at 12 knots.

Aquila in Èze-sur-Mer

The 85.6 metre Aquila was spotted sailing near Èze-sur-Mer. Originally delivered in 2010 as Cakewalk by builder Derecktor, the yacht now has an entirely new exterior and interiors after undergoing a massive refit at Pendennis in August 2016. Aquila is now moored at Genoa, according to Boat Pro data

Ecstasea and Sailing Yacht A in Sardinia

The 85.95 metre Feadship superyacht Ecstasea has been spotted in Cala di Volpe in Sardinia alongside the iconic 142 metre Nobiskrug superyacht Sailing Yacht A. First delivered in 2004, Ecstasea was designed by Feadship De Voogt Naval Architects and features an interior penned by Terence Disdale

Arrow and Al Mirqab in Théoule-sur-Mer

The 75 metre Feadship superyacht Arrow and the 133 metre Al Mirqab, one of the largest yachts in the world, have been spotted together in Théoule-sur-Mer enjoying the summer season. Delivered in 2020, Arrow features exterior and interior design by H2 Yacht Design and features a bespoke mosaic-lined jacuzzi located on the sundeck. Al Mirqab meanwhile was first delivered in 2008 and is the flagship of Peterswerft - Kusch.

Andromeda in St Jean Cap Ferrat

The huge 107 metre explorer yacht Andromeda has been snapped in Saint Jean Ferrat. Previously named Ulysses, Andromeda was the first private superyacht to be built at the Norwegian shipbuilder Kleven before being delivered in 2016.  Andromeda is currently sailing around Corsica, according to BOAT Pro data. 

Lady S in Éze sur Mer

Feadship's 93 metre Lady S has been spotted in Éze sur Mer. According to BOAT Pro data, the yacht is now sailing around Sardinia. Lady S features exterior design by Michael Leach Design and naval architecture by Feadship De Voogt Naval Architects. Boasting an interior of 2,999GT and a beam of 14.1 metres, Lady S scooped up two major awards at the 2020 BOAT International Design and Innovation Awards.

Chopi Chopi in St Jean Cap Ferrat

The 80 metre Chopi Chopi has been spotted in Saint Jean Ferrat. The CRN built superyacht is now moored in Kalamata after a fortnight's sailing around the Ionian Sea, according to Boat Pro data. Featuring a huge interior of 2,363 GT, Chopi Chopi is powered by twin Caterpillar 3516-B engines for a top speed of 16 knots and a range of 6000 nautical miles at 12 knots. 

Khalilah in St Jean Cap Ferrat

The Palmer Johnson-built 49 metre Khalilah has been spotted in Saint Jean Ferrat and is currently at anchor in Corsica, according to Boat Pro. Instantly recognisable for her golden hull, Khalilah was first launched in 2014 as the largest carbon-composite built superyacht in the world. With a gross tonnage of 490 GT and an 11 metre beam, Khalilah can reach top speeds of 30 knots.
