All set for Day Two of America's Cup Superyacht Regatta

It’s Day Two of the America’s Cup Superyacht Regatta, and while the fog seems to have held off this morning there is a fair amount of cloud hovering over San Francisco Bay. Breeze is light but steady, but as the sun tries to burn off some of that cloud we’re expecting 12 to 14 knots and light seas – perfect for the fleet of sailing superyachts taking part in the event.

First start will be at 1230 pm with the replica of America getting racing underway. The race committee has selected another custom course for today, sending the fleet up towards Angel Island, round Alcatraz, over towards Sausalito and the Golden Gate bridge, before bringing the fleet back along San Francisco’s waterfront for a spectacular finish just off the America’s Cup Park.
