Spotted: 30 celebrities on private jets

Beyonce

When you're the world's biggest pop star flying commercial just won't do. Beyonce shared this snap - one of a series taken on board a private jet - as she flew to Italy with her husband Jay-Z and three children during their On The Run II tour in July 2018. Of course, being prime Med season the family also made use of their time on the Italian Riviera to relax on board 95.2 metre Lurssen superyacht Kismet, which is available to charter with Moran Yacht & Ship from €1.2 million per week.

Rita Ora

If you're flying around the globe to play at some of the summer's top festivals then a private jet becomes more of a necessity than a luxury. British pop star Rita Ora demonstrated this with a series of social media posts in July 2018, the first of which showed her jetting off to Sweden to play at the Stadfesten festival. A second post the same day, also from a private jet, was mysteriously captioned 'going somewhere' before being followed up with another post showing the singer was taking some time out to enjoy a luxury yacht vacation in the South of France.

Devon Windsor

How better to beat the January blues than by jetting off to sunny climes once the festive season has come to an end? This is exactly what American model Devon Windsor did, posting this snap of herself posing in front of a sizeable private jet with the caption, "Off to somewhere warmer!" at the end of December 2017. Although Windsor didn't confirm her destination, the post was followed up by a number of images showing beautiful white sandy beaches and turquoise waters hinting at somewhere in the Caribbean or Bahamas.

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley

British model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley shared this sweet snap to wish her social media followers a happy holiday as she boarded a private jet in December 2017. The star was pictured holding her six-month-old son Jack as the pair took a pre-Christmas family vacation to Navaho Nation in Utah. Of course, this is hardly the model's first private flight. Huntington-Whiteley jetted off for some late summer sun before the start of London Fashion Week in September 2016 and shared a chic pre-take off snap from an airfield near her home in LA.

Chris Hemsworth

Instagram/@chrishemsworth

As one of Hollywood's most sought-after actors Chris Hemsworth doesn't have time to spend hanging around in airports which is why his social media feeds are full of snaps taken in and around private aircraft. In August 2017, for example, Hemsworth shared images showing him taking both a helicopter and private jet during a vacation on Orpheus Island in Australia with wife Elsa Pataky and, a few weeks later, with a group of friends on board a luxury jet bound for Las Vegas to watch the much-hyped McGregor-Mayweather boxing match.

Elsa Pataky

When you're one half of a Hollywood power couple chartering (or owning) a private jet becomes necessary to juggle hectic schedules. Of course, that doesn't mean it can't also be used for the occasional vacation, as Elsa Pataky - actress and wife of Chris Hemsworth - showed when she jetted off for a girl's holiday to the Dominican Republic on a private plane in March 2017.

Gigi Hadid

Instagram/@gigihadid

Model of the moment Gigi Hadid showed that the best supermodels can make anything look good - even a wet airstrip on a grey day - with this snap taken on the way to her 21st birthday celebrations in Las Vegas.

Ellie Goulding

Instagram/@elliegoulding

British pop star Ellie Goulding may have been the celebrity jetting off on a superyacht vacation but it is undoubtedly George the pit bull - who stood in for a regular cabin crew member to greet the star on board her private jet - who steals the show in the snap.

Paris Hilton

Instagram/@parishilton

Hotel heiress Paris Hilton has undoubtedly been flying by private jet since she was a child so it comes as no surprise that she should be friendly enough with her pilot to pop in to the cockpit mid-flight - as she did when she took this photo on a recent jaunt from Paris to Cannes.

Valentino Garavani

Instagram/@privategg

As the founder of Italian fashion house Valentino and the owner of superyacht T.M. Blue One, it seems only natural that Valentino Garavani should fly by private jet. This snap, taken by his partner Giancarlo Giammetti, shows the impeccably dressed designer using the peace and quiet of his jet to catch up on some reading.
