The Leopard L40 marks a new era for Cantiere Navali Leopard after enlisting the help of Enrico Gobbi’s Team for Design to revamp the brand’s historic design aesthetic. The result is a sporty 40 metre motor yacht with a slender silhouette that conceals a remarkably spacious interior.
The new design features subtle aeronautical details such as wing-like arches on the flybridge and a curved RPH windshield. Long and continuous glazing runs the length of the hull and superstructure, filtering an abundance of light into the interior while offering guests ocean views from every angle.
The L40 features a four or five-cabin layout, depending on the owner’s preference, the latter of which naturally positions the master suite forward on the main deck, with direct access to a private sun lounge and Jacuzzi at the bow. The remaining guest accommodation can be found below and offers a flexible cabin arrangement to suit different parties who set foot on board.
Down at the water’s edge, the transom opens to reveal a wow-factor waterfall feature concealed in the stern and doubles as an additional sunpad for waterside lounging. The crowning jewel, however, is a semi-enclosed fly deck that can be fully opened to the elements to create a vast sunlounge with a sit-up bar and dining area for entertaining guests at sea.
The L40 has been designed for a discerning owner in search of a yacht that pairs a sporty aesthetic with flexible spaces that don't compromise on comfort.
