Spotlight: Numarine's mini 26XP explorer

1 January 2021

Builder: Numarine

Length: 26 metres

The 26XP might be one of the smaller hulls in Numarine’s series of explorers but she easily matches her bigger sisters in terms of capability. At 26 metres, she’s the perfect pocket-size explorer for those looking to head off the beaten track.

Her bold exterior, penned by Cal Yalman, features a wide vertical bow and angular windows flooding her interior with light. Plus, with numerous customisation options on offer, the 26XP can be tailored to suit the individual tastes and requirements of each owner.

A full-displacement option is well-matched to those in search of superlative range and fuel economy – that’s 3,000 nautical miles to play with - while an alternative semi-displacement hull is geared towards speed and style. The flybridge can also be customised to include a crane and tender stowage as well as offering three, four or five-cabin layouts.

A popular choice with those in the market for small but capable explorer, eight hulls have already hit the water with three more set to splash in 2020 and 2021.
