The 46.3 metre Baglietto motor yacht Only One listed for sale with Kevin Bonnie at IYC has been sold with the buyer introduced by Konstantinos Ladas and Serafeim Papadopoulos of SSH Maritime.
Designed inside and out by Francesco Paszkowski, Only One was built in steel and aluminium by Italian yard Baglietto to ABS class and MCA coded with delivery in July 2015.
An interior décor in fine woods, neutral fabrics and silk carpets sleeps up to 12 guests in five cabins consisting of a main deck, full-beam master suite with a private office, two VIP suites and two twins convertible to doubles, plus two Pullman berths. All cabins come with entertainment centres, television screens and en-suite bathroom facilities. There is also accommodation for nine crew in five cabins aboard this yacht for sale.
Her expansive saloon with comfortable seating has a full entertainment centre including a rise and fall 36-inch plasma television screen providing an elegant division from the formal dining area, while further forward is a full-width galley with all the latest Miele equipment.
Outside spaces are generous and include a 25 square metre beach club giving easy access to the sea and converting into a gym, while the sundeck offers ample seating and dining facilities, a bar, ice maker and barbecue grill.
