Another €800,000 price drop on Liman motor yacht Artpolars
by Malcolm Maclean
The 40.56 metre motor yacht Artpolars, listed for sale by Alex Krykanyuk at Fraser, has received a further price reduction of €800,000.
Built in steel and aluminium by Ukranian yard Liman to a design by Ginton Naval Architects, Artpolars was delivered in 2013. The four-deck yacht includes two owners’ cabins, one on the upper deck with a private aft terrace and another forward on the main deck, with panoramic windows. There are three lower deck guest cabins – a double and two twins, bringing the total guest complement to 10. All cabins have entertainment centres, Samsung television screens and en suite bathroom facilities while the crew quarters sleep nine members of staff aboard this yacht for sale.
The richly-decorated main saloon, featuring fine woods and fabrics, has three oversized settees arranged in a U-shape with coffee tables, facing a home theatre system including a 70-inch television screen and stereo surround sound by Harman Kadron.
Outdoor facilities include a spa pool on the foredeck of the main deck owner’s cabin and another on the sundeck. Twin 912hp Caterpillar diesel engines allow a cruising speed of 12.5 knots topping out at 14 knots and a range of 4,550 nautical miles at 10 knots. For added safety and comfort, she is fitted with four Quantum zero speed stabilisers.
Lying in Imperia, Italy, Artpolars is now asking €6,900,000.
