The 35.05 metre Benetti tri-deck motor yacht Paradigm, listed for sale by Wes Sanford and Sean Doyle at Northrop & Johnson, has been sold with the buyer introduced by Michael Smith of YachtBiz.
Built in GRP as a full displacement yacht by Italian yard Benetti to a design by Stefano Righini, Paradigm was delivered in 1998 and most recently refitted in 2008. The aft deck has a large dining table with settee aft and is perfect for al fresco meals or cocktails under the stars. The main saloon is accessed via electric glass doors and features two sofas to port, a large oval central coffee table and two club chairs. There is also an entertainment centre including a 52-inch Sony LCD television screen and a Denon stereo surround sound system
On the bridge deck aft of the pilothouse is the full-beam skylounge with L-shaped sofas, a cocktail table, two club chairs and a Yamaha player piano to starboard. The port side features a custom built-in desk and a superb bar for entertaining.
The interior was designed by Francois Zuretti with cherry wood panelling and accommodates 10 guests in five cabins consisting of a master suite, two VIP suites with queen size beds and two twin cabins, all with Samsung television screens and en suite bathroom facilities. A further four cabins sleep up to seven crewmembers.
No expense has been spared on her upkeep, with upgrades including the installation of Naiad zero speed stabilisers, rebuilt main engines, new larger generators, new teak decks, updated AV equipment and a brand new galley in recent years.
Twin 1,800hp MTU engines allow a cruising speed of 13 knots topping out at 21 knots and she is fitted with Naiad zero speed stabilisers.
Paradigm was asking $2,990,000.
