The 35.97 metre motor yacht True North, listed for sale by Raymond Young at RJC Yachts, has been sold with the buyer introduced by Michael Selter at Crow’s Nest Yachts.

Built in aluminium by US yard Broward Marine, True North was delivered in 2000 as a 118 raised pilothouse model and refitted in 2013. A custom interior has rich mahogany joinery throughout, accommodating eight guests in four generous cabins consisting of a master suite with a king sized bed, two doubles and a twin, all with entertainment centres, Samsung flat screen televisions and en-suite bathroom facilities. In addition, there are quarters for three crew.

True North was asking $3,495,000

The main deck features a spacious main saloon with a full bar and entertainment centre including a 60-inch Samsung television screen. Forward is a private formal dining area, which doubles as a conference room for business meetings, while further forward still is a comfortable country kitchen galley.

The large aft deck offers al fresco entertaining and dining with seating, tables and a walk-up bar. The flybridge is accessed from either the raised pilothouse or from the spiral staircase on the aft deck. There is a main helm station to port with a wing station to starboard while aft of the helm is a full bar to starboard and a large oval table with a built-in settee to port.

Twin 1,350hp Caterpillar diesel engines give her a cruising speed of 15 knots and she is fitted with Naiad zero speed stabilisers.

True North was asking $3,495,000.
