Bruce Schattenburg of The Sacks Group named President of FYBA

Jennnifer Saia of The Sacks Group writes in to say that, in a crowning achievement to his 32-year career in the yachting industry, Bruce Schattenburg, Managing Director of The Sacks Group, has been named President of the Florida Yacht Brokers Association (FYBA). Previously, he was FYBA vice-president in 2007 and 2008 and has also served as a member of the FYBA board for the past 11 years. Schattenburg said, “One of my goals as FYBA President will be to reach out and work with other professional organizations and government bodies to develop ways to meet the challenges posed by today’s difficult world economy.”
