Kevin Callahan at Moran Yacht & Ship confirms that Brian Moran's joint central agency with Burgess, the 60.97m motor yacht Phoenix, has been sold. Chris Cecil-Wright at Edmiston & Company acted for the buyer and Rupert Nelson at Burgess represented the seller. I understand that she's now been taken off the charter market.

Phoenix was built by Lürssen in 2004 and has a master suite on the main deck with a floating staircase to an upper deck study with panoramic views and a private owners foredeck. This superyacht also has five queen sized guest cabins with their own sophisticated decorative schemes, each with marble bathrooms. The asking price was €55 million.
