CdM Motor Yacht Rosey now for Sale With Ventura and Denison
by Malcolm Maclean
The 25.15 metre motor yacht Rosey has had a central agency change and is now jointly listed for sale by Michael Newton-Woof at Ventura Yachts with Alex Clarke at Denison Yachting.
Built in aluminium by Italian yard Cantiere delle Marche, Rosey was delivered in 2014 as the first in the yard’s Nauta Air series. The unconventional layout, developed according to the owner's request for an informal and functional distribution of spaces, features a galley near to the cockpit, set aft and to port, followed by a cosy dining and lounging area. The central main saloon is divided into conversation, relaxation and dining areas.
Accommodation is for six guests in three cabins on this yacht for sale. The full beam master suite, accessed through a dedicated staircase, is on the lower deck amidships. Two guest cabins – a VIP suite and a twin cabin – share the forward section of the hull with a large gym and adjoining shower and hammam.
A 60 square metre flybridge equipped with bar, barbecue, Jacuzzi spa tub and a second pilot station is probably the biggest found on board a yacht of this size and is ideal for al fresco entertaining and dining. Two Caterpillar C18 Acert diesel engines give her a top speed of 17 knots and a range of 3,900 nautical miles at nine knots. In 2016 she had a refit that saw significant improvements to her decor with new soft goods and fabrics in both the main saloon and guest accommodation.
Rosey is asking €3,950,000 with VAT paid.
