An email from Jan Jaap Minnema in the Monaco office of Fraser Yachts arrives to say that he's just been appointed central agent for the sale of Hakvoort's 39m superyacht Pretty Woman. Currently under construction at the yard in Holland, Jan Jaap mentions that Pretty Woman is the only one of her size on the market and is due for delivery in 2010. Being built to Lloyds class, she will accommodate 10 guests in five cabins and is asking €21.9 million. As Jan Jaap says, "A pedigree Dutch yacht from a pedigree Dutch broker."
