The 47 metre Heesen motor yacht Book Ends, listed for sale by Thom Conboy at Ocean Independence, has been sold with the buyer introduced by Burgess.

Built in steel and aluminium by Dutch yard Heesen Yachts to a design by Omega Architects, Book Ends was delivered in 2017.

Book Ends was asking €25,900,000

An interior by Bannenberg & Rowell featuring sporty, high-tech finishes accommodates 10 guests in five cabins consisting of a master suite, VIP suite, double and two twins. All guest cabins have entertainment centres, television screens and en suite bathroom facilities while crew quarters sleep up to nine members of staff aboard this yacht for sale.

Book Ends boasts an enormous 85 square metre sun deck with a Jacuzzi spa tub and space for working out, dining and relaxing. Her designers created an al fresco dining space on the upper deck aft, with seating on the main deck aft and foredeck to create a total of 180 square metres of outdoor deck space.

Her folding transom door offers easy access to the water via a large swim platform and reveals a stern garage with room for a 6.5 metre tender and a three metre Yamaha Wave Runner.

Powered by twin 1,341hp MTU 8V 4000 diesel engines, she has an impressive transatlantic range of 4,000 nautical miles when cruising at 12 knots. Her precision steel hull with a bulbous bow and zero-speed stabilisers provides maximum comfort in all sea conditions or at anchor.

Book Ends was asking €25,900,000.
