The 32 metre Heesen motor yacht Platinum Princess has been sold with Iain Lawrie at Merle Wood & Associates acting for the seller and Nick Spizak of 1 Ocean Yachts Group on behalf of the buyer.

Platinum Princess was built in aluminium in 1998 to Bureau Veritas class and completely refitted in 2012/2013 with extensive upgrades in 2019.

Her recently updated contemporary interior by Art-Line in pear wood can accommodate up to nine guests in four cabins consisting of a full-beam master suite, a main-deck VIP suite and two twins with Pullman berths. All cabins have entertainment centres, television screens and en suite bathrooms. In addition, there are quarters for four crew in two en-suite cabins.

Platinum Princess was asking $699,000.

The open-plan saloon offers a large lounge area with comfortable seating, a bar and an entertainment centre including a 42-inch Samsung television screen and a Sony stereo surround sound system along with a Sonos music system available throughout. Forward is a formal dining area with storage cabinets for glassware, china and silver.

Deck areas are extensive enough to tempt even the most jaded palate and include an expansive aft deck with all the facilities for al fresco cocktails and dining along with steps down to a broad swim platform. Up on the flybridge are sunpads, a bar, barbecue grill and two large U-shaped seating areas for lounging or dining.

Her top speed is 18 knots and her power comes from two 1,080hp General Motors 12V92TA diesel engines.

Platinum Princess was asking $699,000.
