Holland Jachtbouw sailing yacht Shogun for sale

The 37 metre sailing yacht Shogun has been listed for sale by William Bishop at Yachting Partners International.

Built in aluminium by Dutch yard Holland Jachtbouw as a fast cruising sloop, she was launched in 2006 with naval architecture by Dixon Yacht Design and interiors by John Munford. The interior is both modern and warm with clever use of pear and wenge woods to contrast against light white panels and woven leather inserts. A generous accommodation layout sleeps up to six guests in three cabins located forward consisting of a master suite, double and a twin, all with Lantic entertainment centres and en-suite shower facilities. There is also accommodation for up to five crew in three cabins aboard this yacht for sale.

Below deck is a split-zone saloon that is both a dining area and comfortable relaxation space with ample seating and an entertainment centre incorporating an Apple television screen and an audio/visual suite. Aft of the dining area there is a study that leads through to the galley.

Shogun has uncluttered deck areas with a recessed deck house, a smart Bimini top for protection from the sun, and her helm console features touch screen technology. Deck hardware is by Rondal, the carbon mast is by Southern Spars and Marten Spars supplied the self-furling boom. Under power, a 550hp Lugger diesel engine gives her a cruising speed of 10 knots.

Currently undergoing a total refit at Perini Navi in La Spezia, Italy, Shogun is asking €5,750,000 and will be available for sea trials from September 1.
