Major price reduction to superyacht Be Cool² at Edmiston

Tomaso Polli in the London office of Edmiston & Company sends word of a €2.5 million  drop in the price of his central listing, the 34.98m motor yacht Be Cool².

This superyacht was built by CNL Admiral in 2006. Her tasteful interiors were designed by Studio Magazzini Associati in Rome, who took an unconventional approach in their interpretation: the designers have chosen clean, pure lines and have incorporated materials usually found in architecture, making the yacht into a trendy yet stylish oasis... Titanium, lacquer and metal veneers meld with both modern and traditional furnishings, and combined with state-of-the-art remote control system and entertainment systems, unite to create a unique and original whole.

The flydeck and gym areas are perhaps the best example of Be Cool²'s design philosophy. The flydeck is outfitted as a huge solarium while the gym, conceived in collaboration with Angelo Caroli, is in the upper foredeck garage, where jet-skis are usually located. The roof is a carbon-steel canopy that can be elevated up to three meters high, allowing open-air workouts and a new experience of onboard fitness. Previously listed at €7 million, she's now asking €4.5 million.
