The 49.9 metre motor yacht Zeus I has had a central agency change and is now jointly listed for sale by Burgess and Fraser.
Designed by Stefano Righini, Zeus I was built in GRP by Italian yard Overmarine to ABS class and delivered in 2009 as a Mangusta 165 model. Luxuriously-appointed accommodation for 12 guests is provided on the lower deck in a full-beam master suite with two en suite bathrooms and a private office; three double guest suites and one triple cabin with a Pullman berth. All guest cabins have entertainment centres and en suite bathroom facilities while a further five cabins sleep up to nine crewmembers aboard this yacht for sale.
The Yianis Group has provided a sumptuous interior of neutral tones accented with dark woods and leather and Zeus I is equipped with the latest audio/visual and entertainment capabilities throughout, including a dedicated cinema suite.
In the saloon, the seating area is one vast open space with no dividing walls between the living areas and the wheelhouse. Furnishings include a convivial gathering of sofas and armchairs, a games table and a marble bar concealing a large-screen television. Four skylights and large windows allow for superb sea views. The pilot seat has built-in controls to assist in navigation, and guests can enjoy the ride in two comfortable leather-upholstered companion seats. Just behind the seats is a custom dining table that can seat up to 12 guests.
Powered by triple 4,556hp MTU diesel engines reaching top speeds in excess of 35 knots and carrying a comprehensive inventory of watersports equipment, Zeus I is fully equipped to guarantee her new owner a luxurious lifestyle on board.
Zeus I is asking €12,800,000 with VAT paid.
