A near-ten-percent price drop, of €600,000, has been made on the asking price of the 32.3-metre motor yacht Lady Marisa, listed for sale with Jack Gradus of Ocean Independence.
Built of GRP in 2017 by Monte Carlo Yachts, the yacht has only been used privately, by her one owner since new.
The dining table in the large saloon is flanked by twin fold-out balconies, allowing the space to feel even more spacious with the glass doors open.
A master cabin forward takes the prime position but guests in the four lower-deck cabins also benefit from fresh air from the surroundings thanks to opening portholes – often missed with sealed air-conditioned cabins.
Accommodation is for an owner's party of 10 in five cabins, comprising three doubles and two twins and there are quarters for a crew of five.
Up top, Lady Marisa's flybridge boasts a pair of comfortable bar stools, facing forwards, plus extensive lounge seating, the area benefiting from a concertina-style, opening bimini.
Alfresco dining can be enjoyed on the sundeck or below on the aft deck, close to the hi-lo bathing platform. Forward on the foredeck is a very large lounging area, with a lowering table that converts to a sunpad, all overlooked by the helmsman.
The 202GT yacht for sale achieves a top speed of 25 knots under twin 2,430hp MTU engines. Cruising speed is 20 knots and range is 1,300 nautical miles at 10 knots.
Lady Marisa is lying in Sanremo, Italy and now asking €5,900,000 with VAT paid.
