A new-build 44.27 metre Conrad C144S motor yacht, jointly listed for sale by Jim Evans at SuperYachtsMonaco and Alex Clarke at Denison Yachting, has been sold in an in-house deal at Denison Yachting.
Built in steel and aluminium, the yacht is currently under construction at the Polish shipyard Conrad and is due for delivery in 2023. The C144s is the second hull in the series and will feature design by Reymond Langton and naval architecture by Dutch firm Diana Yacht Design.
The C144S is a step up from the Conrad C133 and the shipyard picked up a World Superyacht in 2019 for its work on Viatoris.
Accommodation is for 10 guests in five cabins comprising a main-deck master suite and four VIP cabins, all with entertainment centres and en suite bathroom facilities.
The outer decks offer various multi-functional zones: a beach club with a large fixed swim platform and easy access to a variety of water toys, four separate lounge zones for all occasions: a welcoming cockpit on the main deck, bridge deck aft with separate dining and lounging areas, bridge deck forward with inviting sofas and sunbeds, the ideal spot for enjoying sundowners, and finally, the immense top deck with more lounging areas, an on-deck cinema, convertible dining areas and an infinity pool.
Power comes from a pair of Caterpillar C18 Acert engines for a top speed of 13 knots. When trimmed back to 10 knots, the yacht will boast a transatlantic range of 4,000 nautical miles.
The Conrad C144S was asking €24,500,000.
