50% ownership of superyacht El Jefe offered at International Yacht Collection

Mark Elliott at International Yacht Collection is now offering what he calls, "The partnership opportunity of a lifetime" as the owner of Derecktor's 35.15m motor yacht El Jefe is prepared to sell 50% of the yacht's ownership for $1.8 million.

Naturally this means half the expenses, but she also has a good charter reputation and has eight weeks charter contracted through July 2010 and the current owner hardly uses this superyacht.  Built in 1989, her $2 million 2007 refit was, says Mark: “from stem to stern, with a new interior, new electrics and mechanicals and new paint, making her an absolutely turnkey yacht.” A shallow-draught waterjet-powered yacht, _El Jefe _accommodates 10 guests in a master, two doubles and a twin plus two Pullman berths and cruises at 15 knots. Mark is joint central agent for the sale with Chany Sabates.
