Price reduced on Ar-De at Northrop & Johnson

Hot on the heels of the news earlier today of news of a price cut on his central listing, Delta’s 46.94m Mr Terrible, Kevin Merrigan at Northrop & Johnson sends word of a price reduction on another of his central agencies, the 30.96m motor yacht Ar-De.

Delivered by Burger in 1996, Ar-De accommodates six guests in a full beam master suite plus a double and twin cabin.

She’s an open, uncluttered yacht with hide-away window shades, abundant enclosed storage, and screens on all opening doors and ports. Butternut wood, carefully hand-finished with raised panels, is used for bulkheads and furniture to create a soft, rich interior.

Twin 1250hp Caterpillar engines give Ar-De a cruising speed of 16 knots and her asking price is down from $4.9 million to $4.45 million.
