Superyacht Callista's price reduced at K&K
by Malcolm MacLean
Just a year ago, on September 30th 2009, Vesa Kaukonen of K&K told me that he’d signed the central agency for the 38m motor yacht Callista, and now comes news of - you guessed it - a price reduction.
Formerly known as Inca Rose and built by Ocean Pacifico Services in 2000 she was refitted in 2008/2009 and is Lloyds classed and MCA compliant. Callista sleeps 10 guests in a master, three doubles and a twin and has a cruising speed of 11 knots and a range of 4,400 nautical miles. Her sundeck boasts a sunshade, barbecue, Jacuzzi and sun loungers while there’s alfresco dining for 10 on the aft main deck.
Vesa says that the owner is very keen to sell and will consider all trade ins such as yachts or real estate and had set a keen asking price of €4.95 million, now reduced to €4.45 million.
