A call to James Auld at Edmiston & Company confirms that his joint listing with Nicholas Edmiston, the 49.9m motor yacht Mariu, is now sold with Pacifica Yachting in Greece representing the buyer.
An iconic superyacht, Mariu was built by Codecasa in 2003 for Giorgio Armani, who also designed her interior. She accommodates 12 guests in six cabins and has all the latest technology including Quantum zero speed stabilisers, wireless VSAT broadband and a Kaliedescape AMX audio-visual system. Mariu was asking €15.75 million and James says she remains with Edmiston for management and charter.
