SALES
Six yacht sales were announced in the third week of March, with the largest sale being the 46 metre Delta Marine yacht 10, which was sold by Burgess. The total asking price of the yachts sold this week was more than £28.5 million ($39.6 million). Denison was the most active brokerage house, having been involved in two completed deals.
PRICE REDUCTIONS
Seven price drops were announced on yachts for sale this week, for a total reduction of £7.1 million ($9.9 million), with four of these reductions being higher than £500,000 ($673,000).
NEW LISTINGS
Five yachts were listed for sale this week with a combined asking price in excess of £23.5 million ($32.7 million). The most expensive new listing was the 38 metre Sanlorenzo motor yacht Y4H, which is listed for sale with Ocean Independence.
