Dutch builder Breedendam Yachts has revealed designs for a 24 metre MTB Eightzero Flybridge, which serves as the bigger sibling of the Sixzero Flybridge model introduced last year.
The series has been designed by Guido de Groot with naval architecture by Studio Delta and takes its inspiration from classic British Motor Torpedo boats from the 1920s. The MTB Eightzero Flybridge includes a multifunctional aft deck that offers storage for a tender and Jetski and doubles as a sun lounge once the toys and tenders are launched.
According to the builder, close attention has been paid to the flow between indoor and outdoor spaces throughout the vessel. The large cockpit area on the main deck can be completely closed off to become part of the saloon when the doors are open. Alternatively, the area can be kept completely open so those seated in the saloon are part of the action on the aft deck.
The interior can be fully customised to the owner’s wishes with a number of choices when it comes to layout and styling. The standard layout features a full-beam master suite amidships with two additional guest cabins and a crew area forward. The MTB Eightzero Flybridge will be available with hybrid drivetrains and the hotel load will be partly provided by a fuel cell.
