In-build Arcadia A105 yacht sold

Italian yard Arcadia Yachts has announced the sale of its in-build 31.57 metre Arcadia 105 yacht project, which is set to make its public debut in September at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2018.

Based on the same platform as the Arcadia 100+ that was sold last summer, the Arcadia 105 was developed in collaboration with the Hot Lab design studio, who worked with the yard on both the exterior design and the interior décor.

Ugo Pellegrino, director of Arcadia Yachts, said, “This result was achieved in part by an investment of over €30 million in recent years. Our production facility is one of the most modern in the entire Mediterranean and we can deliver all our models by the end of the 2019 season.”

Standout features on the Arcadia 105 include a convertible skylounge that measures 35 square metres. Meanwhile, the main deck offers enough room for up to 12 guests to enjoy a meal in the shaded cockpit.

Key to this model’s appeal is a seamless flow between interior and exterior spaces, which can be seen in the lounge with its sliding glass doors and fold-out balconies that can be deployed to create a light and airy terrace on the sea.

The exact layout of the Arcadia 105 has yet to be disclosed, but the yard explains that several options have been developed in a “contemporary, minimalist décor”, offering accommodation for up to ten guests and five crewmembers.

Power will come from a pair of 1,000hp MAN V8 diesel engines for a top speed of 17 knots and comfortable cruising at 15 knots.
